Meet Kelly — resin artist, coastal dreamer, wife, homeschooling mom of four wild (and wonderful) boys, and the creative soul behind Spill Resin Art.

What started as a simple afternoon art class with a friend quickly spiraled into a full-blown obsession with ocean waves, color palettes, and glossy finishes. She loves the mesmerizing way resin flows and blends, creating pieces that feel alive and full of movement. No two pieces are ever the same- each one echoes the wild beauty and unpredictability of nature.

Fast forward two years, and Kelly now runs a cozy (and occasionally chaotic) home studio where coastal-inspired magic happens daily. With salty air in her lungs and sand in her resin, she creates cutting boards, wall art, and keepsakes that feel like a mini vacation for your eyes. Many pieces even feature real Coastal Carolina sand- because why not bring the beach home, literally?!

Her creative process is part science, part art, and part embracing the magic of happy little spills. Each pour is hand-mixed using Food Safe certified resin made in the USA. Every color combo is custom blended to reflect the ever-changing moods of the ocean and sky, and each piece is finished with care using responsibly sourced materials. Her studio is equipped with HEPA filtration to ensure a safe, clean workspace.

Kelly believes that art should make people feel something- joy, nostalgia, peace, or maybe just the sudden urge to dip your toes in the ocean. Her hope is that every piece she creates brings a touch of the coast into your home, along with memories of sandy feet, sun-soaked days, and the people who make those moments matter.
